Our Projects — Indonesia

Indonesia is where the model becomes real.

Eco Power Infinity is developing three biochar carbon removal projects across Indonesia, each shaped around local feedstock, community need, land access and recognised carbon verification pathways.

Together, these projects show how agricultural and organic waste can become soil recovery, carbon storage, farmer value and verified carbon credits.

01 — Flagship · Puro CORC

Riau Biochar Initiative

The Riau Biochar Initiative is EPI's flagship Indonesian project, focused on converting palm oil waste and industrial biomass into high-integrity biochar carbon removal. Located in one of Indonesia's most important agricultural and industrial regions, the project is designed to demonstrate how large-scale feedstock availability, modular pyrolysis technology and carbon verification can work together.

02 — Gold Standard

Kalimantan Forest Biochar

Kalimantan Forest Biochar focuses on converting forestry, pruning and agricultural residues into biochar for long-term carbon storage and land improvement. The project is designed around local feedstock supply, community participation and the restoration potential of biochar in forest-adjacent agricultural systems.

03 — Verra VCS

Central Java Agri-Biochar

Central Java Agri-Biochar focuses on rice, maize and agricultural residues from farming communities across the region. The project is designed to show how biochar can support soil recovery, improve agricultural resilience and create new value from residues that are often underused or discarded.
